How it all started...
In 2023, God placed a burden on Pastor Kerby Campbell's heart for the central Texas area. After visiting the area and much prayer, he and his family knew it was where God was leading them.
Pastor Campbell, his family, and a handful of other families moved to Hutto, Texas, to start Lone Star Baptist Church.
In April 2024, Lone Star held its first service. Since then, we have watched God do more than we could have imagined. People have been saved, baptized, joined the church, made friends, served together, and become a family.
As the church grew, God opened the door for us to move into our current location at 2121 Innovation Blvd., in Hutto. What began with just a few families has grown into a busy church family, children's programs, Bible studies, choir, deaf ministry, and more, with new visitors coming through the doors and people of all ages growing together in the Lord.
Our purpose hasn't changed. We want to faithfully preach God's Word, share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, love people, and reach Hutto and the surrounding communities.
We would love for you to be part of what God is doing at Lone Star Baptist Church.
